Universal Screw Terminal Panels for Field Wiring

We recognize that terminal panels are one of a system’s most

important components. Our STA series screw terminal panels

were designed with careful attention to detail – they are ideal for

use with any I/O board that has 37 or 50-pin signal connectors.

Our STA 01 (16" x 3.5") features miniature screw terminals that

accept #12 to #22 AWG wires for easy signal termination. The panel’s

large size includes a generous prototyping area (with holes on 0.1"

centers), as well as room for circuitry for voltage dividers, low-pass

filters, and pull-up resistors. These extra circuits are frequently

used to condition signals, and can be populated as needed with

the right components for your application. Circuitry and

component selection is fully explained in the I/O board manual.

The STA 100 (16" x 4") is the best choice when wiring to one

of our 100-pin I/O boards (via the CBL 10002 cable), or if you need

to break out a 50-pin header, like those on our high-density digital

I/O boards. Locations for pull-up resistors are included.

Versions of the STA 01 and STA 100 with lift-off (detachable)

terminal strips may be special ordered (minimum order of 5 pieces).

If the panel gets damaged, detachable strips enable quick replace-

ment of the panel without individually rewiring the terminals.

CYSTA ENC (19"W x 7"D x 3.5"H/2U) is a universal enclosure for

rack or bench mounting. Use with STA series, CYEXP, CYSSR, and

CYERB terminal panels (see web for more detailed information).

Our CYSTP terminal panels are ideal for tight spaces. They

can be used with all industry-standard 25, 37, 40, or 50-pin boards

(cables are on pg. 140; additional cables can be found on our website).

Several of our panels are available with lift-off (removable)

screw terminal strips to facilitate easy field servicing, while

preserving your wiring – just lift the terminals off one panel and

move them to the new panel without detaching your signal wiring.

The C

YSTP 25, 37, 40 & 50 are simple mini-size terminal panels

(only 4" x 4") with 25, 37, 40, or 50 screw terminals, respectively.

No enclosure is included; a matching cable is required. A small

prototype area on the C

YSTP 37 facilitates the construction of user

circuits such as filters, amplifiers, & attenuators. The C

YSTP 37V

has a vertical connector (like the C

YSTP 50) in place of the right-

angled connector on the C

YSTP 37. Our CYSTP 25C includes a

25-pin 6-foot cable (call for other lengths), for use with C

YDAC 02.

The CYSTP 37E & 50E are compact plastic boxes designed to

enclose each terminal panel (not compatible with PCC 5003 cable).

The TPC 37F is a direct plug-on screw terminal panel, providing

the easiest wiring to boards with a DB-37 male 37-pin connector.

No cable is required; panel plugs directly onto the back of your card.

The CYSTA 08PG is a special-purpose mini-size screw terminal panel

(only 6" x 4"). It has a small prototyping area, and LEDs monitor

digital I/O status. No enclosure; 37-pin cable required.
